DYEING SERVICES ONLY

Dyeing services are for Short Sleeve t-shirts provided by you or we can direct you to t-shirt providers that we have used before for dyeing.

You send your Short Sleeve t-shirts to our dye house in New York and we will process them to be heat reactive color changing.

PRICING FOR ONLY SERVICES

Pricing is listed above as per unit service cost (pricing does not include Short Sleeve t-shirt cost that you provide for dyeing).  The minimum quantity for this pricing tier GOLD is 10,000 units that you will supply.

GARMENT SPECIFICATIONS

We can only dye this type of garment:

1. 100% cotton
2. Optical White garments (This means white garments, not PFD, PFD is a creamy color and will not work with our bright colors)
3. Fully formed garments.  We do not process fabric.

ORDERING

This is the procedure to order dyeing services:

1. If you use a t-shirt brand we have dyed before, there are no additional steps before placing an order.
2. If you use a t-shirt that we have not dyed before we will need to test dye and you will need to wash test the t-shirt to see if it is acceptable for your standards.  Some t-shirts have coatings that we cannot properly dye or some t-shirts have different types of fabric for the sleeves, body and pockets.
3. When placing your order the color breakdowns must have a minimum of 500 units for one color mixed sizes which is our minimum dye machine capacity.
4. The garments you decide upon will be shipped to our dye house in New York and we will process them on or near the scheduled time defined.
5. We take no liability for any garment defects or dyeing issues from badly formed garments made from different materials.  These issue can include:
1. Different materials for body, sleeves, pockets or any other different component of the garment.
2. Holes in the garment.
3. Badly formed garments from sewing and/or cutting.
4. Different material from test dyeing procedure.
5. Marks on supplied garments before dyeing.
6. We do not inspect your supplied garments for any defects before dyeing.  We hold no liability for the quality of your supplied garments.
7. Once your garments are dyed we will box them into the boxes they arrived in and you are responsible for shipping to your location.  We can provide freight quotes if needed.

PAYMENTS

We require a 50% ACH or wire transfer to our bank before we start processing and the remaining 50% is required before final pickup at our warehouse in New York.

If you would like to use a Credit Card, the total service cost will incur a 3% (USA) or 4% (outside USA) additional processing fee. All credit card processing will need to cleared before release of goods. International credit cards will require a 4 week clearing time so we recommend using ACH or wire transfer.
